At Mashable, we're kind of obsessed with finding affordable dupes for fan-favorite, viral-on-TikTok products that are way too expensive to justify investing in them. One such product is the Dyson Supersonic, which is known for providing salon-quality hair results while eliminating frizz, providing smoothness, and controlling for heat damage... while also costing over $400. In our minds, that's inexcusable, which is where the dupes come in. Many dupes are not to be trusted, though, so we do extensive research and hands-on testing to provide you with the best, most reliable recommendations.

As of September 7, you can get your hands on a Dyson Supersonic dupe that made the cut for the "best lightweight option" in a roundup of ours written by reporter Bethany Allard — for $80.99 off, no less! The Laifen Swift is currently on sale at Amazon with a 30% off markdown and a $20 off on-page coupon. It's almost like Christmas came early. Indeed, the product has never sold for a lower price before (its previous lowest price was $139 at Amazon). Get it for $119 while there's still time — your hair is counting on it.

The Laifen Swift hair dryer has an eerily (and blessedly) similar design and sound to the famed Supersonic, while also coming equipped with two very strong air speeds, according to Bethany Allard. She also noted that she "almost never found [herself] needing to go beyond the first [air speed], even when doing an all-over rough dry to [her] wet hair before bed. The negative ions at work provided... a super smooth dry." Specifically, the Swift emits about 200 million negative ions — more than enough to give your locks that smooth shininess they deserve. Allard praised the dryer for its sleek interface, how light and travel-friendly it is, and the fact that is has a ring light in the back that changes color to indicate what temperature setting you're using. If you press and hold a button on the base of the Laifen Swift, it starts circulating through each temperature for a more thorough and rigorous drying sesh. Compared to other options in our Dyson Supersonic dupes roundup, the Laifen Swift is quite affordable (considering it has so many praiseworthy features). Take advantage of these today by snagging the item at Amazon.
