The biggest conference game of the year for the Big 12 has arrived — the No. 12-ranked Sooners take on the No. 3-ranked Longhorns this weekend in the annual Red River Rivalry game. Both Oklahoma and Texas will walk into the Cotton Bowl undefeated for the first time since 2011, but one team will walk out with their first loss of the season.

Last year, the Texas Longhorns crushed the Oklahoma Sooners 49-0, so the Sooners will certainly be seeking some vengeance going into Saturday's game. If you can't make it out to Dallas, here's everything you need to know to watch the action unfold live from home.

Kickoff time and network

The No. 3 Texas Longhorns host the No. 12 Oklahoma Sooners on Saturday, Oct. 7 at 12 p.m. ET at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas. The action will be broadcast live for cable viewers on ABC and simulcast on ESPN3. That means those who have cut the cable cord will have to sign up for a live TV streaming service to tune in (more on that below).

Best streaming services for the Oklahoma vs. Texas football game

While ABC doesn't specifically have its own dedicated streaming service like CBS or NBC, most live TV streaming services include ABC in their channel lineups. That means you'll have a handful of choices to watch the Oklahoma vs. Texas matchup this weekend. We've rounded up our top picks for streaming the annual Red River Rivalry (and other live college football games throughout the season) below.

Our top pick: YouTube TV

YouTube TV
free trial, then $54.99/month for 3 months

With an impressive 100+ channel lineup in the base package, a generous introductory offer, and unlimited DVR storage, what's not to love about YouTube TV? You'll get access to ABC and ESPN networks, so you can watch the Oklahoma vs. Texas game live. Not to mention, YouTube TV includes plenty of other networks that broadcast college football (ACC Network, Big Ten Network, CBS, CBS Sports Network, NBC, NBCSN, SEC Network, and more) so you can keep watching in the weeks to come. You'll automatically get to watch 20 minutes commitment free, then a free trial for up to 14 days (trials may vary) before you have to pay a cent. That's plenty of time to watch the rivalry this weekend. If you decide to keep your subscription once the trial ends, it'll cost you $54.99/month for three months ($72.99/month thereafter).

Runner-up: FuboTV

FuboTV
free 7-day trial, then $74.99/monh

FuboTV's extensive lineup actually beats YouTube TV's — especially when it comes to sports — but its base package also costs a bit more in comparison. You can watch the Texas vs. Oklahoma matchup on ABC for free during a seven-day trial, but then you will automatically be charged $74.99/month if you don't cancel in time.

Most affordable: Sling TV (Orange package)

Sling TV (Orange package)
$20/month for your first month, then $40/month

Sling TV is a particularly good option for those looking to keep more money in their pocket. The unique setup of Sling lets you tweak your channel lineup to suit your needs, which means it can cost as little or as much as you want it to. All you'll need for the Texas vs Oklahoma game is the basic Orange package, which includes ESPN networks and is just $20/month for your first month ($40/month thereafter). You can make adjustments and add on to your plan the following month or cancel if it no longer serves you with no strings attached.

Best deal: Hulu + Live TV

Hulu + Live TV
$49.99/month for three months, then $69.99/month

Through Oct. 11, you can score three months of Hulu + Live TV for only $49.99/month instead of the typical $69.99/month. That saves you $60 over the course of three months and gives you access to not only the Oklahoma vs. Texas game on ABC this weekend, but plenty of other college football games over the next few months. Not to mention, you'll unlock the full streaming libraries of Hulu, ESPN+, and Disney+ with your subscription. That's a lot of content for $50 per month. As of Oct. 12, the price of Hulu + Live TV won't just go back to $69.99 — it'll jump to $76.99/month with an incoming price hike. It's definitely worth snagging this three-month deal ahead of that.
